This means that your site has used all the resources allocated to your free hosting account. You can either wait for the resources to be freed up or upgrade to a premium hosting account for more resources.

For small mistakes, this usually recover within 10 seconds.

Common Causes

1. Website has too many visitors
2. Website has too many scripts running at the same time
3. Website taking too long to load
4. There are too many URL requests to the server at the same time (may be referenced by the same page)

Preventing this error

1. Ensure that static files have .html instead of .php
2. Optimize scripts so that they do not take too long to load.
3. Turn on lazy loading for multimedia-heavy pages.

Even if you have done these, you may still encounter this error if your site is receiving a lot of traffic. In this case, you may want to consider upgrading to a premium hosting account for more resources.
